3. Pricing

  • All prices listed are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).

  • Prices may change without notice due to design updates, material costs, or promotional offers.

  • Once an order is placed, the product price is confirmed.

4. Orders

  • Order will be confirmed only after successful payment or verified COD request.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate address and contact details.

  • Kiddycrush is not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines vary based on location.
    Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days.

  • Delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, or natural causes are beyond our control.

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges, not refunds.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

  • Final sale or discounted items cannot be exchanged.

  • Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
