🔁 Return, Exchange & Refund Policy


Kiddycrush

At Kiddycrush, your satisfaction matters to us. We design every outfit with care and want your shopping experience to be smooth, secure, and worry-free.

All orders are confirmed through a confirmation call and WhatsApp message before dispatch to avoid size or product issues. We kindly request customers to double-check sizes during confirmation.


📞 Order Confirmation Process

  • Every customer receives:
    • 📱 A confirmation call
    • 💬 A WhatsApp confirmation message
  • Orders are dispatched only after confirmation.
  • If the call is not answered, our team will attempt contact via WhatsApp.

This helps prevent size mistakes and unnecessary exchanges.

 

🔁 Return & Exchange Eligibility

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

✔ The size does not fit

✔ The wrong product was delivered

✔ The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused and unwashed
  • Tags must be attached
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Original packaging must be included


❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used or washed products
  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Items purchased during sale or promotion
  • Customized or altered items
  • Orders refused at doorstep after confirmation


📦 How Do I Send the Item Back?

  1. Email us at support@kiddycrush.com
  2. Mention your Order Number in the subject line
  3. Share the reason for exchange (attach pictures if required)

 

Once your request is approved:

  • Our team will share the return address and instructions via email/WhatsApp.
  • You will need to courier the item back to us.

 

🚚 Shipping Charges

We regret that we cannot refund any shipping charges except in the following cases:

✔ The item was damaged when received

✔ The wrong item was delivered

✔ Promotional free shipping was applied

In all other cases (including size exchange or change of mind), courier charges will be borne by the customer.

If the product is defective or incorrect, Kiddycrush will cover all shipping costs.

💵 Refund Policy

Kiddycrush does not offer cash refunds.

After your return request is approved, you may choose:

✔ Exchange for a different size

OR

✔ Exchange for a different product of the same value

If the new product costs more, you can pay the price difference.

 

⏱ Processing Timeline

  • Exchange approval: 1–2 working days
  • Exchange delivery: 5–8 working days (depending on location)

 

📝 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order by emailing us at:

  • After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.

 

🏷 Color & Fabric Disclaimer

Product colors may vary slightly due to:

  • Lighting during photography
  • Screen resolution differences
