  • Within Pakistan: 3–7 working days

  • Remote areas may take additional time

  • Orders placed during sales or public holidays may experience slight delays

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email.

📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours

  • Orders placed after 6 PM will be processed the next working day

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day

💳 Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges apply, displayed at checkout

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or above a certain order value

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges may apply depending on your location

  • COD is available across Pakistan

  • Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery

  • Package should be checked after payment (not at the rider’s time)

  • To avoid wrong orders, Kiddycrush may contact you for order verification (if required)

  • Unverified orders may be cancelled by our team

  • Full delivery address

  • Correct size & color selection

Incorrect details may result in delivery delays.

Once shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number

  • Courier website link

  • Estimated delivery date

You can track your shipment directly via courier partner website.

📁 Damaged or Missing Packages

If you experience:

  • Damaged package

  • Missing product

  • Wrong size delivered
